We are not a traditional foundation. We design ecosystems where nonprofits, businesses, individuals, and communities win together.
In 2020, during a time of widespread uncertainty, Travis and Ashley Jennings stepped into the gap where traditional systems were falling short. What began as direct crisis response quickly revealed a deeper issue. The problem was not a lack of generosity. It was a lack of coordination.
Communities were filled with capable people, willing organizations, and available resources. But they were not connected in a way that created lasting impact.
So the mission evolved.
Instead of continuing short-term relief efforts, the foundation began designing ecosystems where nonprofits, businesses, individuals, and communities win together. The goal has become simple. Create structures where impact does not end after a single act of giving, but continues to grow.
What started in Tampa Bay has now become a model for scalable, community-driven transformation.
Traditional giving often focuses on immediate relief. While necessary in moments of crisis, it rarely creates long-term change. Our approach is different. We focus on equipping individuals and nonprofits with the tools, connections, and resources they need to move forward sustainably.
A handout solves a moment.
A hand up changes a trajectory.
Every initiative we support creates connections that empower participation, contribution, and growth within our communities. Connecting people in need and people who want to contribute with the resources, expertise, and innovative pathways, the focus remains the same: connect people with everything they need to stand, build, contribute, and lead.
No single person or organization can solve complex social challenges alone.
And when opportunities are pursued in isolation, they’re often missed entirely, or realized far below their potential. Real change happens when people, and organizations work together. We believe in building ecosystems where nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders operate in alignment. Each plays a distinct role, but all are connected by shared goals and coordinated action.Focused on aligning nonprofits, businesses, and people, our leadership brings structure to ideas and turns them into meaningful action. By connecting the right elements, we build systems that create lasting and scalable community impact.
